Who We Are
Lionbear Ventures is a woman-owned, fully remote consulting firm based in Michigan, supporting developers, small businesses, nonprofits, and local governments across the state. Since 2022, we’ve helped clients secure more than $36 million in grant funding and other financing, with a particular focus on rural communities with populations under 5,000. Our work spans grant writing and administration, municipal consulting, capacity building, real estate and housing development support, and small business assistance.
